"Encountered an issue while exchanging VIDT for BTC"
I ran into a snag trying to swap VIDT for BTC. I didn’t convert it to VIDT DAO first, and the exchange didn’t go through, but my coins disappeared from my wallet. They were super helpful in assisting me to get my coins back.

"Fantastic Experiences"
Whenever I'm trading coins, I always worry about whether I'll get back the coins I exchanged. With Changeangle.io, I've consistently had awesome swaps. There was even that one time I accidentally sent my coins to the wrong address, but their customer support tracked them down and walked me through the recovery process in detail. Overall, it was a stellar experience, and I definitely recommend them!

I've been involved in crypto since 2017 and discovered Changeangel about two years back. Their swapping process has always been straightforward and dependable. Recently, I slipped up by not double-checking my receiving address before hitting send. I realized my mistake only after the transaction was underway. Thankfully, the address I entered wasn’t valid. The support team was super quick to get back to me, and within half an hour, I had my funds back. It was a top-notch experience that really boosted my trust in them.

"ChangeAngel is Fantastic..."
ChangeAngel ranks among my top swap platforms. I've never faced any problems and haven't encountered coins being out of stock during busy periods like with other swap services.
I totally suggest it for those rare token exchanges that are tough to find.
I even utilize it for regular coin trades since it’s way simpler than dealing with an exchange, and the fees are pretty much on par!!

"Change Angel is the top exchange service..."
Change Angel stands out as the top exchange service available, and I've given a few a shot. They offer the best rates at 0.8%, way better than Atomic Wallet's 3.5%, among others. Super quick, excellent tracking, and fantastic customer support. I was in a bit of a hurry this morning and managed to have 4 Change Angel transactions happening at the same time without a hitch. Got all my coins in about 20 minutes total. Definitely worth a shoutout!

I've purchased AAVE and THETA from ChangeAngel on two occasions now. Their rates are the most competitive I've found out there. One time, my order hit a snag because my company (Voyager) was slow to release USDC. I reached out to ChangeAngel, and they were incredibly quick to respond and finalize my order. "Awesome Experience: Swapping LTC for RDD"
I recently gave swapping LTC for RDD a shot on the ChangeAngel platform. It took around an hour to finish the swap. I hopped into the customer service chat to check on my transaction, and by the time I got my question out, the swap was already done. The customer support was fantastic. While it took a bit longer compared to other swap services, I still think it's a solid option that I’d totally recommend to folks. Super easy to navigate and signing up is a breeze. You just need an email and a password. Alternatively, you can use AntumID via DigiByte. All the coins I’m keen on are available, including DGB, LTC, ETH, RDD, BTC, USDC, and TUSD.

"Most trades have been pretty close to..."
Most trades have been pretty close to what I expected, but on this last one, I ended up with 7.5% less than I thought I would. It took a whopping 70 minutes to complete, while it normally wraps up in about 30-40 minutes. Plus, the fee was over 10 times what I usually pay. Not sure what went wrong—maybe it had to go through a bunch of trades—but I was really let down by this last deal. After I looked into it, they admitted there was a technical issue and refunded the fee. In the end, I got back to around what I initially expected.
